Delete account
You have full control over your data. Here is how to delete your account and data stored in the cloud.
1. If you did not create an account
If you use kmcost only offline, your data stays on your device. To erase everything, remove the app or manually delete your records inside the app.
2. If you created a Pro account
To delete your account and synced data, send an email to kmcost@ryzelogic.com with the subject: "kmcost account deletion".
Include in the email:
- The email used on the account.
- Confirmation that you want all cloud data deleted.
- If you prefer, include your device model to help with verification.
3. Pro subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
4. Confirmation
Once your request is confirmed, we will remove your cloud data.
