By using kmcost, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. About the service
kmcost is an offline-first app to record car costs, calculate consumption and cost per distance, and create simple reminders. The app does not replace professional maintenance and does not provide mechanical diagnosis.
2. Account and access
You can use the app without creating an account. When you create a Pro account, you provide a valid email for authentication and sync between devices.
3. Pro subscription
The Pro subscription provides backup, sync, and paid features. Billing is handled by Apple and Google stores. Cancellations and refunds follow those stores' policies.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other users' data.
- Do not interfere with the app or sync infrastructure.
- Do not use the app for illegal purposes.
5. Availability and limitations
We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The app is provided “as is” and may change over time.
6. Privacy
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms when necessary. The update date will be published on this page.
